No Parties This is a private home in a residential area – NO parties are permitted of any type including and not exclusive to: Bucks, Hens, Dance, Wedding, Events, DJs, loud music, without written consent of the owner. Please also be mindful of our neighbours when entering and leaving the premises.
PETS are allowed ONLY if properly toilet trained and/or do not come inside the house
Departure Mandatories Keys returned to the key box and locked Windows & doors locked securely The BBQ is clean The fridge is empty
Refund of Bond Dishes should be washed & put away and/or put in the dishwasher and turned on BBQ cleaned Food removed from fridge & freezer Rubbish placed in the bins & wheeled to the kerbside (if Bin night Sunday) Furniture back to original position Any damage reported
NO SAND – Please remove all sand and dry feet before entering the house.
EXCESSIVE NOISE and NEIGHBOURS
Please be mindful of our neighbours and shut all doors and windows by 9pm each night as the noise echoes outside and can cause a disturbance to our neighbours.
LOUD MUSIC: Please no music to be played outside or inside the house that is loud and can be heard by the neighbours past 9pm on any night.
