No Parties or Pets This is a private home in a residential area – NO parties are permitted of any type including and not exclusive to: Bucks, Hens, Dance, Wedding, Events, DJs, loud music, without written consent of the owner. Please also be mindful of our neighbours when entering and leaving the premises.
House Kept Securely Locked Always keep gate to beach locked unless accessing the beach Always lock all doors and windows if leaving the house
Departure Mandatories Keys returned to the key box and locked (if applicable) Windows & doors locked securely Beach gate is locked The BBQ is clean The fridge is empty
Beach Towels: Do not hang over the beach fence or side wall as can be stolen from people walking past
Refund of Bond Dishes should be washed & put away and/or in the dishwasher and turned on BBQ cleaned Food removed from fridge & freezer Rubbish placed in the bins & wheeled to the kerbside (if Bin night Sunday) Furniture back to original position Any damage reported
LOUD MUSIC: No music to be played outside or inside the house that is loud and can be heard by the neighbours past 9pm on a week night and past 10pm on a Friday and Saturday night.
